Refund Policy

Our Return Policy on:

  1. It is standard policy, because of the nature of digital photography, to have a strict no-refund policy. However, if a mistaken image is sent to the buyer, as documented on their invoice, Tracy Mccrackin Photography will send the correct image to the buyer free of charge.

Additional non-refundable items:

  • Gift cards;
  • Downloadable software products;
  • Downloadable images;
  • Sales Items.
  1. Other Merchandise (Non Photographic) purchased from our t Supplier.  Refunds are given only if the product is broken or not functioning.  Supplier requires photographic evidence of the broken product before authorizing a refund. You have 30 days to report a broken or the merchandised product.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.  Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable):

Once your return is received and inspected, we will e to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the sval or rejection of your refund.  If you are approved, y be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):

If you haven’t received a refund, check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.   Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.  If you’ve done all of this and r your refund, please contact us at tracymccrackinphoto@gmail.com.

Shipping:

You will pay for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
